​Biography

Justin Sparks is a current Missouri State Representative and former Sergeant with the St. Louis county police department. He served as an operator in the Tactical Operations Unit (SWAT) and was a deputized United States Marshall task force officer.

Justin holds instructor certifications in various disciplines including active shooter response and multi assault counter terrorism action capabilities (MACTAC) and has trained businesses, schools and churches in active shooter response for over a decade. 

He and his wife Mandy have seven children and attend Grace Church in St. Louis where Justin serves as the Director of Men’s Ministry (M@G).
